Maria headed the legal department of one of the large companies that occupy a monopoly position in the relevant market. She also has extensive experience in supporting the activities of legal entities on the outsourcing basis.

• collection of a multimillion-dollar fee for IT services in spite of absence of the documents signed by the parties of dispute;
• cancellation of the court decision on bringing a legal entity to responsibility for violating the procedure for commissioning of the facility;
• repeated cancellation of court decisions on the inclusion of legal entities in the register of unfair participants in public procurement;
• support of transactions on the export and import of goods with maximum protection of the interests of the clients.
